- Use of PixieVac
Permitted Use: You may use PixieVac for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use PixieVac for any illegal purpose, to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, or to transmit any viruses or harmful code.
Restrictions: You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of PixieVac. You are also prohibited from modifying, copying, or distributing PixieVac without express written permission from us.

- User Content
License: By providing any content to us via PixieVac (e.g., reviews, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.
Responsibility for User Content: You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or display on or through PixieVac. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant us the license described above.
- Privacy
Your use of PixieVac is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using PixieVac, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
- Warranties and Disclaimers
Warranty: We warrant that PixieVac will perform substantially in accordance with the documentation for 90 days from the date of purchase. Your sole remedy for any breach of this warranty is to return the product for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Disclaimer: PixieVac is provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use PixieVac; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of PixieVac or your violation of these Terms.
- Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
- Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California U.S.A, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
